Tupperware Quick Chef Review
The Quick Chef is approximately 6” in diameter and constructed of very sturdy feeling plastic. The lid screws onto the clear plastic base. The base is the chamber that will hold that which is to be chopped. On the bottom, there is a ring of nubbed rubber, which holds the Chef firmly on the counter. The food chamber has measuring marks on two sides. One side is for cups up to 4 cups and the other for millimeters up to 1000 millimeters. The lid has an attachment for the handle that makes the magic happen.
Tupperware Quick Chef comes with a blade attachment and a mixing attachment.
With each turn of the handle, the blade makes four trips around the chamber. It is amazing how quickly your vegetables or whatever you desire are chopped. This product really does work, and is great at chopping garlic, fresh herbs, turning potatoes into hashbrowns and even making babyfood.

There is a funnel you can place on the top for emulsifying oils into mayonnaise, salad dressings, and the like.
Clean with just a sponge and soapy warm water, rinse well, and set to dry. Can be put put in the dishwasher without a problem. It gets used so often, however, it is a good thing, it is so easy to just rinse and dry. I like to handwash the blades. Note: Carefully clean the blades as they are very sharp.
